For how long are Beans valid in the My Lavazza Loyalty Program?

Your Beans are valid for 12 months starting from the date you signed up for the loyalty program. At the end of each 12-month cycle, any unused Beans automatically expire and your balance is reset. You will be notified at least 60 days in advance of your Beans expiration date.

Who is eligible to participate in the Program?
The Program is open exclusively to individual US residents aged 18 or older who hold a valid Lavazzausa.com account and have agreed to the Program's Terms and Conditions. The Program is not open to foodservice operators, retailers, distributors, resellers, or any individual or entity purchasing Lavazza products for commercial resale or commercial use.
 
My Lavazza Loyalty Program Instant Wins are exclusively for Loyalty Members who reside in the United States.
How do I register or access the My Lavazza Loyalty Program?
To register for or access the My Lavazza Loyalty Program, go to www.lavazzausa.com/mylavazza and log in using the same credentials you use on www.lavazzausa.com Alternatively, you can click "Sign Up" by filling out the registration form with your name, surname, email address, and password. Then, confirm your registration by accessing your email inbox and clicking on the link provided in the registration email. Once authenticated, you can log in, read the program rules, and accept them by ticking the relevant box.
 
Acceptance of the Loyalty Program rules is a mandatory condition for earning Beans and redeeming rewards.
